I've spent about a decade as a product manager building B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers, turning fuzzy problems into things people actually use.

Lately I'm leaning into AI product: the boring, useful work of making models and interfaces behave in ways users can trust. I believe the best PMs also build things themselves, so I try to stay close to the craft—prototypes, specs, and real shipped software.
